Bad service, we booked it for a trip of a lifetime, but due to the corona virus and this year it will not be able to fly to america, since america does not enable us, from the Netherlands . We had to cancel, unfortunately for us, and now we can get our money back, no compensation . We are now booked in for 2019, and that the only way to cancel was made within 72 hours . Unfortunately, it is not cooperation in 2021 is our choice, this is not your hotel!!! And here is all the negative publicity on the Dutch site .
